ElektroG - Some MS-Modellbahnservice articles are no longer saleable! On 01.07.2023 there is an important deadline in the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). Some products of our assortment fall under this legislation, e.g. locomotives, digital command stations or wagons with interior lighting. From 01.07.2023 we are only allowed to offer such products if the manufacturer has registered with the EAR foundation and can provide us with a valid weee number. Unfortunately, to our incomprehension, not every manufacturer has managed to do this. This also concerns the MS-Modellbahnservice brand. Some articles, locomotives and wagons with interior lighting, we are not allowed to sell from now on! As soon as the manufacturer informs us about his registered weee number, we will offer these articles again. We ask for your understanding.
